Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
By using FinCalc Lab, you agree to these terms.
Educational purpose only
All calculators, articles and other content on this site are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and nothing should be relied upon as such.
Financial decisions depend on personal circumstances we cannot know. Before acting on anything you calculate or read here, consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.
Accuracy and warranties
We work hard to keep formulas correct and content current, but we provide the site "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that results are error-free, complete, or suited to your situation. Rates, tax rules and market conditions change; calculators use simplified models by design.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinCalc Lab and its operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, this site or its results.
Acceptable use
You may use the calculators freely for personal, educational or internal business purposes. You may not:
- copy substantial portions of the site's content for republication without permission;
- use automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the site;
- misrepresent our content as professional advice to third parties.
Quoting brief excerpts with a link back is welcome.
Intellectual property
The site's original text, design and code are the property of FinCalc Lab. Standard financial formulas are, of course, public knowledge — our explanations and implementations are what we claim.
Advertising
The site displays third-party advertising, which funds free access. Advertisers do not influence calculator logic or editorial content.
Changes
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
